Job Description

  1. Industry : BPO Sector
  2. Current Company : Should be From BPO Industry
  3. 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in managing quality assurance programs
  4. Quality management in a contact center environment
  5. Knowledge of ISO. ITIL, CMMI standards and implementation will be an added advantage
  6. Managing stakeholder/client expectations
  7. Exposure to basics of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies would be an added advantage
  8. Knowledge on AdWords and/or Google Analytics will be an added advantage
  9. Should be Six Sigma Back belt and Mentoring experience of at least GB / BB Projects.
  10. Should be flexible working in shifts
