Knowledge and Experience:
Over all 7-10 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in team management
Proven relevant experience in an analytical or finance support role within a publicly-traded company preferred
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) act & IFRS is desirable
Team building & team bonding experience
Well-experienced with Microsoft suite of products
Advanced level skills in MS power point & MS Excel
Knowledge of Business Objects, and Oracle Financials highly desirable
Understanding of Accounting workflow with respect to Accounts Receivable is required
Knowledge of clinical trials and/or industry experience would be an added advantage
Exposure to MNCs / Corporate ways of working is a must

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably with a numerate element (Finance, Accounting, or Business)
Certification in IFRS / Financial Management is an added advantage
