Job Description Main Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the successful implementation of Tarantula products in customer environments within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities.
.Experience in ERP software systems, client/server architecture, and software development processes along with the ability to understand and implement customer requirements is a must.
.Responsible for overseeing teams across multiple implementations and guiding the teams technically, thereby assisting in faster and high-quality deliverables.
.Interact with stakeholders to derive the technical requirements from the functional requirements.
.Leverage strong technical skills for effective effort estimation, prioritization, planning, and reduction of the communication gap among stakeholders.
.Understand key technical concepts and guide project teams using appropriate methods in debugging and troubleshooting during coding, testing and deployment
.Lead technical reviews (documentation, code, test cases etc.) and assist in identification of technical, project, process, and people related risks
.Responsible for the maintenance of knowledge base among the team members and guiding the team in enhancing technical capabilities and increase productivity
.Produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications
.Act as a back up to the delivery manager in assessment of the project status, schedule, and risks as well as communication with key stakeholders.

Educational qualifications required:

.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
.Well versed with SDLC and agile principles.
.PMP, Prince2, MSP ACP certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience/knowledge required

.7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in design and development of ERP systems with a reputed MNC
.Acted as technical lead (for at least 2 years) and led a team of 5+ engineers
.Prior working experience inn web applications with .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, WCF Web Services, WCF Data Services, MVC4, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity Framework, etc.
.Sound technical knowledge and hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting source code in a complex codebase
.Proficiency in core Microsoft software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project) and a strong aptitude for learning new tools and products.
.Knowledge of effort estimation techniques, project planning, execution, and people management will be an added advantage
.Has cross cultural experience working across the geographical regions (APAC and EMEA)

The Production Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) supported by a Legal Compliance and Regulatory Relations Technology Executive. To perform this function, the Production Support Analyst performs daily tasks assigned by the Production Support Lead.
