Job Description

Working with a cross functional team (product management, project management, development, QA, documentation, support)
Product development lifecycle experience from concept development through to robust product delivered to market.
Work with functional team leads to develop project plans and track through the release cycle
Work with functional team leads to identify potential risks pro-actively, mitigation plan and communicate appropriately
Status, risks and challenges reporting
Bringing in process to better product deliverables and ensure defined processed are followed at the project team level
Reviewing programs at regular intervals and ensuring that review happens at all levels in the project teams.
Appraise the client with appropriate status report Resolve Escalation in a timely manner and appraise senior management.

8+ years IT experience with the last four years in project management.
Strong Personality and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Engineering/MCA background.
Must have Strong PDLC knowledge and background
Must have Scope management, Estimation, Planning, Release Management experience
Must have Strong Process orientation.
Must have Experience in managing project status, risk and metrics
Nice to have – PMP Certification

Job Description:

* Overall project lead for large, complex and transformational projects within the APAC region.
* Develops and manages detailed project plans and ensures the scope and approach is understood and aligned by all stakeholders.
* Identifies and tracks key project milestones & critical path.
* Employs structured methodology to project planning including change management.
* Appropriately assesses the project risks, constraints, dependencies. Identifies mitigation plans and escalation as required.
* Monitors and communicates the progress of project delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of project status, schedule, cost and assessment of risks/issues.
* Manages the relationship with senior leaders & cross functional teams through the project life cycle.
