    • Essential Requirements

 

    • Establishes project governance. Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Dell employees or Partner Resources.

 

    • Works with Resource Management on project staffing. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

 

    • Partners with Finance as needed. Prepares estimated time to complete, manages back-log for projects. Manages the cost budget and the impact of change requests on cost budget.

 

    • Responsible for Quality Assurance; ensure project is delivered to scope defined within scope of work and ensure any deviations are processed via defined Change Control process.

 

    • Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement. Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to all stakeholders. Responsible for regular status reports. Assist in scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Request & ensure to have proper resource allocations time to time.

 

    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

 

    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools like Jira and techniques like Agile methodologies. Report and escalate to management as needed. Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders.

 

    Lead team during project life-cycle; provide project management, leadership and oversight to project and/or work streams. Provide performance feedback to management and team members.

Job Description:

Title : AVP – Warehouse Operations
Location : Mumbai & Binola

Job Responsibilities :
– Insuring proper operational planning and implementation. Ensure daily WH operations are running smoothly.
– Identify opportunities of improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency. Build processes to make operational decision making less dependent on people.
– Partner with stakeholders like Technology to implement the envisaged solutions.
– Monitoring and improving the Key performance Indicators. Setting up KRA’s for the department and the team in      line with company’s goals.
– Work and partner in building a strong and motivated team.

– Initiating and nurturing strategic partnerships with external entities to further client’s interest and goals.
– Setting up / launching new customer centric initiatives to improve the customer experience and or operational efficiency.
– Execution of strategic initiatives.
– Manage (recruit, train, motivate, operate) workforce of 700-1000 employees.
– Dispatch orders within 2 hrs of order placement.
– Continual improvement in quality, speed, efficiency and cost of order fulfilment.
– Build culture which encourages customer centricity, innovation, team work and continual improvement.

Job Requirements :

Qualification :

BE or MBA (IIT/IIM) from premier institute with at least 7+ years of work experience in operations with managing large group of people.

Leadership skills & ability to manage large group of people.
– Strong decision making, analytical ability & problem solving skills.
– Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
– Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Team player who works productively with wide range of people
