Responsible for data prep, portfolio analytics, proposal (PPT) preparation and review, etc. They would be typically putting these together, with client asking for iterations and doing the final reviews.
Should be able to put 15-20 proposals per month
Continuous process improvement to reduce the number of errors/exceptions
Responsible for doing root cause analysis for any issues and execution of corrective action plan with minimum referral to manager
Need to work on bottom quartile and ensure an uplift in performance
Each person would be dealing directly with the client
